Description
In 1887, Theodore Britte discovered under heather and ferns a huge “table” of sandstone. This table or dolmen was 3.7 m long by 2.6 m wide, with a weight of 10 tons. Historians were intrigued with it’s origin and authenticity. Did this dolmen date back to the Celtic time? At this time, the origin and age of the dolmen is unclear.
